New Beginnings

The New Year for me always seems to be starting in the autumn. This is probably because my annual cycle is still linked to the school year, so it's all hectic for me from autumn to spring, then arrives the long-awaited summer vacation, and eventually it's all quiet. A carefree summer is behind me ... there is a time when new plans are to be made and everything is going to start again after the summer. But I like the beginnings - the plans, to do something new ... the older I am, the better for me the transition actually is. You understand what time really means better when you get older so you can realize your dreams more effectively. And that's just amazing. Years ago, I would think that I have a tremendous amount of time and I would delay everything indefinitely. A few years ago I said I would continue my studies. I knew I could not postpone it anymore - I would become totally senile if I didn't do it soon!!! :))) So I didn't really have a choice and I got myself into it! :)) The result? One of these amazing things only I could do for myself. And I understood another thing - I stopped being so afraid ... after the day it all sort of fits together! :)) And that's what's really great about time..
